TENAFLY RECREATION   39th ANNUAL WILLIAM J. MORTON MEMORIAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT     January 2008   Dear Recreation Director or Coach:   The Tenafly Recreation Commission would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in our 7th and 8th grade Boy’s Basketball Tournament.  The tournament is held in honor of former Recreation Director, William J. Morton and is being held the weeks of March 15th and 29th.   The Tenafly Recreation Commission will only select teams with submitted rosters, payments and/or Borough purchase orders on a first come – first served basis, (Only 8 teams will be selected).  The deadline for entry is February 22, 2008.  If interested, or for further information, please call our office @ (201) 871-3008, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. or send information to Tenafly Recreation, 100 Riveredge Road, Tenafly, NJ 07670.   *All first round games are on Saturday, March 15th and Thursday, March 20th .   *Please Note:   Specific game times and dates cannot be guaranteed! Once schedule is made it is final.   Boys in 9th grade are ineligible.   No AAU teams.
